By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, activating a Creator Launch Pass, purchasing a Fan Membership, or participating in any Iconverse service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.
1. About Iconverse
Iconverse is a digital entertainment and creator ecosystem designed to help creators build their public presence, grow their communities, participate in creator-focused opportunities, and engage with their followers and fans.
The Platform primarily offers:
- Creator registration and public creator profiles
- Creator Launch Pass activation
- Creator verification (where applicable)
- Free follower registration
- Fan Membership
- Creator tools and profile management
- Creator discovery
- Auditions and participation opportunities for eligible Iconverse Shows
- Community engagement features introduced from time to time
Iconverse does not guarantee popularity, followers, earnings, sponsorships, or selection for any show or campaign.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
Where required, users must complete identity verification or other compliance procedures before accessing certain services.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
4. Creator Launch Pass
The Creator Launch Pass is a one-time activation purchased by eligible creators.
The activation fee displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase shall apply. Pricing may change from time to time at the Company's discretion.
Activation may provide access to eligible creator features, including:
- Public Creator Profile
- Verified Creator Badge (subject to successful verification)
- Creator Dashboard and Tools
- Eligibility to apply for Iconverse Show auditions
- Fan community features
- Creator evaluation and guidance (where offered)
- Brand collaboration opportunities (subject to eligibility)
Purchasing a Creator Launch Pass does not guarantee selection for auditions, participation in shows, brand collaborations, income, or commercial success.
5. Followers and Fan Membership
Users may register as Followers without charge.
Followers may choose to purchase a one-time Fan Membership to unlock additional engagement features available during the applicable membership period.
Membership fees, if applicable, are displayed on the Platform before purchase and may change from time to time.
Membership grants access only to the features specifically described on the Platform and does not create ownership rights or guarantee access to all creator activities.
6. Iconverse Shows
Iconverse may organise digital entertainment shows, auditions, contests, campaigns, promotional events, and other creator initiatives.
Participation is subject to eligibility requirements, separate rules, and, where applicable, additional agreements.
Selection decisions are made solely by the Company or its authorised judging panel and shall be final.
7. Payments
Certain Platform services require payment.
By making a purchase, you authorise the Company and its payment service providers to process the transaction.
Applicable taxes, statutory charges, and payment processing requirements shall apply.
8. Refunds
Refunds, cancellations, and related matters shall be governed exclusively by the Iconverse Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Users are encouraged to review that policy before completing any purchase.
9. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law.
- Upload illegal, infringing, or misleading content.
- Impersonate another person or organisation.
- Abuse, harass, threaten, or defame others.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.
- Manipulate engagement, contests, or auditions through fraudulent means.
- Use automated tools, bots, or unauthorised software.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of the account.
10. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of the original content they upload.
By submitting content to Iconverse, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, reproduce, promote, and use such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Platform, subject to applicable law.
All Platform software, branding, logos, designs, graphics, trademarks, and other proprietary materials remain the exclusive property of Sovra Technology Pvt. Ltd.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Iconverse Privacy Policy.
12. Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account if it reasonably believes that the user has violated these Terms, applicable law, or any Platform policy, or where such action is necessary to protect the integrity and security of the Platform.
13. Disclaimer
The Platform and its services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous access, or any specific outcome from the use of the Platform.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Sovra Technology Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.
15. Amendments
The Company may revise these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise specified.
Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Sovra Technology Pvt. Ltd.
