This Creator Policy ("Policy") applies to all creators using the Iconverse platform ("Platform"), owned and operated by Sovra Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("Iconverse", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").
This Policy should be read together with the Iconverse Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Creator Launch Pass Terms, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Community Guidelines, and all other applicable Platform policies.
1. Purpose
Iconverse is committed to building a safe, professional, and creator-first digital entertainment ecosystem.
This Policy establishes the responsibilities, standards, and expectations applicable to all creators using the Platform.
2. Becoming a Creator
To become a creator on Iconverse, you must:
- Register an Iconverse account.
- Activate the Creator Launch Pass.
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Complete verification requirements where requested.
- Accept all applicable Platform policies.
The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate creator accounts in accordance with applicable laws and Platform policies.
3. Creator Profile
Creators are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date profile information.
Creators must not:
- impersonate another individual or organisation;
- provide false identity information;
- use misleading profile names or photographs;
- falsely represent achievements or affiliations.
4. Creator Responsibilities
Creators agree to:
- act honestly and professionally;
- comply with all applicable laws;
- respect other users;
- maintain appropriate behaviour both on and, where relevant, in connection with Platform activities;
- protect the security of their accounts;
- cooperate during verification or compliance reviews.
Creators remain solely responsible for all content published through their accounts.
5. Content Standards
Creators must publish only content they own or are authorised to use.
The following content is prohibited, including but not limited to:
- illegal content;
- copyright or trademark infringement;
- impersonation;
- fraud or deceptive practices;
- hate speech;
- harassment or threats;
- obscene, sexually exploitative, or abusive material;
- violent or extremist content;
- content promoting unlawful activities;
- malware, spam, or malicious software.
Iconverse may remove content that violates this Policy or applicable law.
6. Creator Launch Pass
The Creator Launch Pass is a one-time digital activation service. Activation provides eligible creators with access to creator features available on the Platform.
Purchasing a Creator Launch Pass does not guarantee:
- participation in Iconverse Shows;
- success in auditions;
- brand collaborations;
- earnings;
- followers or fans;
- sponsorships;
- public recognition or fame.
7. Auditions and Iconverse Shows
Eligible creators may apply for auditions conducted by Iconverse.
Participation in auditions or shows depends upon creative, operational, legal, production, and eligibility requirements.
Selection decisions made by Iconverse or its authorised judging panel shall be final.
Selected creators may be required to execute separate agreements before participating in any production.
8. Brand Collaborations
Iconverse may facilitate introductions or opportunities for eligible creators to participate in brand collaborations, promotional campaigns, or marketing activities.
Selection depends on campaign requirements, creator suitability, audience relevance, compliance history, and commercial considerations.
No creator is guaranteed any collaboration opportunity.
9. Creator Earnings and Payouts
Where creator monetisation is available, earnings will be calculated in accordance with the applicable Platform policies.
Creator payouts are generally processed every 14 days, subject to:
- successful completion of required verification;
- compliance review;
- applicable tax requirements;
- fraud prevention checks;
- minimum payout thresholds:- 500 ₹
Creators are responsible for complying with all applicable tax obligations relating to their earnings.
10. Intellectual Property
Creators retain ownership of their original content.
By uploading content to Iconverse, creators grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, distribute, promote, and use such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.
Creators warrant that they possess all necessary rights and permissions relating to their content.
11. Verification
Iconverse may request identity verification, KYC documents, or other information where reasonably required.
Verification is intended to improve user safety, regulatory compliance, and platform integrity.
Providing verification documents does not guarantee approval.
12. Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate creator accounts where:
- Platform policies are violated;
- fraudulent or misleading information is provided;
- unlawful conduct is identified;
- intellectual property rights are infringed;
- creator behaviour harms the Platform, its users, or its reputation.
Where permitted under applicable law, such action may be taken without refund of the Creator Launch Pass activation fee.
13. Policy Updates
Iconverse may revise this Creator Policy from time to time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise specified.
Continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
