ICONVERSE CREATOR EARNINGS & PAYOUT POLICY

Effective Date: 01 July 2026

This Creator Earnings & Payout Policy ("Policy") governs creator earnings and payouts on the Iconverse platform ("Platform"), owned and operated by Sovra Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("Iconverse", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").

This Policy should be read together with the Iconverse Terms of Service, Creator Policy, Creator Launch Pass Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and all other applicable Platform policies.

1. Purpose

This Policy explains how eligible creators may earn through the Platform, how payouts are calculated, when payouts are processed, and the responsibilities of both Iconverse and creators.

2. Eligibility for Earnings

Only creators who satisfy all of the following conditions are eligible to receive payouts:

  • Maintain an active Creator Launch Pass.
  • Successfully complete any required identity verification (KYC).
  • Provide valid bank account details.
  • Provide PAN or other tax information where required by law.
  • Comply with all Platform policies.
  • Have no ongoing fraud, compliance, or legal investigations affecting their account.

3. Creator Earnings

Eligible creators may earn through features made available by Iconverse, including but not limited to:

  • Fan Membership revenue sharing.
  • Brand collaborations facilitated by Iconverse.
  • Sponsored campaigns.
  • Creator programmes introduced by the Company from time to time.

The availability of earning opportunities may vary based on Platform features, creator eligibility, and commercial requirements.

4. Revenue Share

Where applicable, Iconverse will calculate creator earnings after deducting the Platform's applicable service or revenue share as disclosed for the relevant programme or service.

Revenue-sharing percentages may differ depending on the type of earning opportunity and may be updated by the Company from time to time with reasonable notice where required.

5. Payout Schedule

Eligible creator payouts are generally processed every 14 days.

Payout processing begins after completion of the applicable earning cycle and successful completion of all verification, compliance, and payment review procedures.

Public holidays, banking delays, technical issues, regulatory requirements, or payment partner processing times may affect the actual date on which funds are received.

6. Minimum Payout Threshold

The minimum payout amount is ₹500.

If the creator's payable balance is less than ₹500 at the end of a payout cycle, the balance will automatically be carried forward to the next payout cycle until the minimum payout threshold is reached.

7. Taxes

Creators are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws.

Where required by applicable law, Iconverse may deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or any other statutory deduction before processing payouts.

Creators are responsible for ensuring that the tax information provided to Iconverse is accurate and up to date.

8. Payout Method

Approved payouts will be transferred to the verified bank account provided by the creator.

Creators are responsible for ensuring that their banking details remain accurate.

Iconverse shall not be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or outdated banking information provided by the creator.

9. Payout Holds

Iconverse may temporarily hold payouts where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • Identity verification is incomplete.
  • Incorrect banking or tax information has been provided.
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes are under review.
  • Legal or regulatory requirements require a temporary hold.
  • Platform policy violations are being investigated.

Once the relevant issue has been resolved, eligible payouts may be released in accordance with this Policy.

10. Adjustments

Iconverse reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to creator earnings where necessary, including for:

  • Duplicate payments.
  • Payment reversals.
  • Chargebacks.
  • Refunds processed in accordance with Platform policies.
  • Calculation errors.
  • Fraudulent or invalid transactions.

11. No Guaranteed Income

Iconverse does not guarantee that any creator will earn income through the Platform.

Creator earnings depend on multiple factors, including the creator's activity, audience engagement, participation in eligible programmes, commercial opportunities, and Platform features.

12. Suspension or Termination

Where a creator account is suspended or terminated for violation of Platform policies or applicable law, Iconverse may withhold, adjust, or cancel unpaid earnings to the extent permitted by law and after considering any legitimate amounts that remain payable.

13. Policy Updates

Iconverse may revise this Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, commercial, or regulatory changes.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise specified.

Continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
